Little Weddings

The Bothy is a charming little Scottish bolthole, tucked away from the throng of the busy streets of St Andrews on beautiful Church Square.

We pride ourselves on offering a unique and bespoke service for our weddings, working closely with our couples to bring their vision to life. It fills our heart with pride that you would choose to share this special moment with us, and we tend to find that couples who choose us for their wedding celebration have a vision for a small, intimate and warm wedding style, with Scottish produce and tipples right at
the heart of the action.

We are situated just minutes on foot from many local churches, chapels and local beauty spots, including the beautiful Holy Trinity Church, which you can enjoy direct views of from our upstairs restaurant. We are also just a short 5-10 minute walk away from the picturesque West Sands Beach, the perfect beauty spot for photos.

The room upstairs is already superbly decorated but, as we had couple of our decorations extra, they set everything in a very tasteful manner. There was not even one thing that I wished to move - everything just went so well together. The food was truly delicious and portions were big. None of our 20 guests could fit anything after the 3 course dinner, so we didn't even cut the cake! A big thank you to everybody and I will definitely be back for a meal and drink or two."
